The rooms were soundproof and new-fashioned, with a large bathroom. The hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location just next door to mid La Paz and the cafeteria. I visited Siilpichs, based easy walk to the venue, had dinner there.

The stay was absolutely nice! The hotel was brilliant and quiet, and the staff were reasonably good, truly enjoyed the favourable location not far from the Blue cable car station, the center of La Paz, Bolivia, and the teleférico & Witches Market.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with refrigerator and fantastic views, for instance and care about everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Europa. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even provided oxygen for altitude sickness. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in La Paz.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The restaurant onsite was convenient and served delicious food. The location in the center of the city was perfect, with a great view of the boulevard. Plus, the breakfast provided was excellent.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The staff was very friendly from the moment we pulled up, they had answers to every question and what they didn't know they found out for us. The room was very ample, super comfortable bed with down comforters. A new flat screen tv, I stayed at another high end hotel in La Paz months ago and they still had old school tvs. They have a gourmet restaurant as well as a Sushi Bar and live piano music. Great ambience, nicely decorated for christmas. Walking distance from El Prado where you can find everything.

The bed is huge! The breakfast is great. Nice and clean hotel.

Problems adjusting the temperature. The shower head was loose and gave some problems. Not 5 stars compared to european style.

Excellent experience. While this is an upscale hotel, the value exceeded my expectation. The staff was very helpful - including when I needed medical advice for altitude sickness. They went out of their way on many instances. I did book a room and was upgraded. The hotel provided advice on music shows to attend and ensured a taxi was available to drive and pick me up. They added to the feeling of safety by providing information. The location is excellent - priximity to the Prado/main street and to museum. An easy drive to sf Cathedral and Plaza Murillo and easy walk back downhill. The 2nd Floor restaurant serves excellent food as well. Good wifi service and availability of computer if needed on the ground level. Many thanks to the staff who contributed to making this visit very memorable.

Clean, business hotel, I appreciated clean rooms and perfect staff. The location couldn't be more unbeatable in the city center. There was a nice bar and excellent food at the à la carte restaurant.

Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.
